Mission

In October 1999, after more than a decade of involvement in the development, manufacture and sales of camera dollies and cranes, Toni Tundo, Derek Magee and Armin Weileder plus a support team of qualified technicians, formed the Grip Factory Munich.

GFM′s mission is to supply the international film and video industries with a new generation of professional camera support equipment plus the service to match it.

GFM′s promise to their customers is to constantly strive to develop and produce equipment both innovative and of the highest quality. GFM continues its focus and philosophy of offering superior equipment and products, combined with a dedication and commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Great pride is taken in the high standard of manufacturing implemented at the GFM factory where a team of highly skilled engineers, machinists and technicians, all with a dedication to excellence, is employed. Qualified CNC machinists operating the most modern CNC lathes and milling machines, certified and skilled aluminium welders all guarantee an efficient and modern manufacturing process. GFM products are all surfaced hardened, in a patented procedure (Hart-Coat ®) which gives a hard, scratch proof finish which protects and prolongs the life span of each piece of equipment.
